- The Cape Ann Wrap Party began with everyone participating in This Old House trivia. We had a surprise in store for Brian and Tricia Cunniff from Jericho, VT, who are expecting their first child this summer. We hooked them up with a This Old House onesie for their future Insider! Brian is an Assistant Professor at the University of Vermont, and manages a lab focused on cancer biology. They recently started milling their own lumber from trees in their backyard, and hope to use this lumber to build a new garage this fall.
- Insiders Henry and Stacey Specht (pictured here with Builder and This Old House cast member Jeff Sweenor) from Newburgh, NY won the trivia game and took home a framed picture of the cast. They even knew the name of Charlie Silva’s bowling team! Henry started his own electrical contracting business at the age of 22 and is still in business 30 years later.
- A smaller group of Insiders were granted the chance to be in the final scene of the Cape Ann house reveal episode.
